Alaba Akintunde is the Assistant General Manager of Bejay Agro Ind. Ltd. Prior to this appointment, he was a seasoned banker with over seven years industry based experience. Over the course of his sterling career as a banker, he has garnered expertise in diverse areas of credit risk management and administration where in rose from and Executive Trainee to the level of Assistant Manager. Having worked in four different leading banks (Equitorial Trust Bank Plc., Sterling Bank Plc., UBA Plc., and FBN Mortgages Ltd.) in the banking industry, he served as Chief Risk Officer at FBN Mortgages Ltd. before he left banking to agricultural industry.

Alaba attended the prestigious University of Lagos, where he obtained BSc. in Surveying & Geoinformatics and later became a Registered Surveyor under Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) in 2010. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a member of Nigeria Institution of Surveyors and a member of Poultry Association of Nigeria Ogun State chapter. He is happily married with children and loves singing and watching football.
